“We visited SG Petch of Richmond a few weeks ago to view a Kia Sportage. We were greeted by Byron who showed us around the car we had previously looked at on their website. He could not have been more helpful giving us the best deal on our car & arranging to have the new car ready in time for us to go on holiday in it. “Just picked up my new car from SG Petch [Durham] and I have to say the staff could not be more helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they really set standard for car dealerships attitude to customer care and satisfaction. “Our sales expert Lewis knew everything about the car I was interested in and the workings of the Motability Scheme which can be intricate. The variety of vehicles available were excellent and I was given all the information from Lewis to enable me to make an informed choice, I did not once feel pressurised to buy which gave me the confidence to purchase the £25,000.00 car, the after sales service has been great, this is definitely a dealership I would return to for my next vehicle in 3 years time.”

“Service good every body very helpful but could have been shown more about the car about starting the car also lots of other things as l have never had a key less car before. But on my second visit. l was shown a lot more but the car is first class”
