“Bought a used car through Lewis in Seat Sales. He was thoroughly polite, understanding of our needs and not 'pushy' at all. The car was immaculately prepared for our collection and the exchange with our old car went seamlessly. We were put at our ease at all times and had all the information we requested and questions answered fully. Thank you Lewis, very much appreciated. (If we win the Lottery - we'll be back for that Cupra!!)”

“I have had my cars serviced over 12 times at the garage. I can’t really complain about the quality of the work but the booking system for pick up or lifts rarely goes smoothly. I have had problems with the pick up and delivery over 50 percent of times. Enough is enough. Today I waited in all morning for car to be picked up. Oh sorry the booking system does not have down for collection. I need to go elsewhere”

“Very friendly reception from Anthony and felt my needs were listened to and the right car found. Despite delay in receiving the new car, due to taxing issues and missing data, I felt Anthony was very helpful and kept me informed throughout. He even delivered the car to my house.”

“Very welcoming and helpful. Showroom a bit clinical, no tea or coffee facilities and/or water. No waiting area. The car I eventually chose, did not have the electric seats I was shown which was extremely disappointing for me. This was one of main selling points as I am disabled and wear a arm support. Therefore, I am having to pump up the seat every time to get in and out which is very difficult. I haven’t notified petch (Richmond) only via another survey I have done for Kia. I simply don’t have the strength to mess around as it makes me very stressed. I have not been contacted by petch at all regarding this matter. I did hope the surveys might flag up my concerns. Also very disappointed in the fact that there wasn’t any car mats. This for me would have ensured a anti-slip surface when entering, or exiting the vehicle. Please be aware, this car is the Kia Niro 2 on mitobility. Thanks”

“This was an easy and enjoyable experience of buying a car compared to other dealers! Craig couldn't have been more helpful despite us arriving late on a Saturday. We were advised which car would suit our needs and offered a test drive. We were given figures for part exchange and finance. There was no pressure to purchase. Altogether a pleaseant car buying experience.”

“I was agreeably surprised at the wonderful service I received when I first visited your showrooms and cannot express how pleased I have been with the ease and help received from Mr Peter Bonnard when it came to finding and buying my Kia Piccanto. Your firm obviously excels as I did not get this type of service at another agency I visited.”
