“We are always made to feel special and at home with S G Petch and Tony Hill...in particular. In our experience buying a car at Middlesbrough branch has always been an enjoyable, stress-free event. Our purchases from S G P Mbro follow a number of purchases at Darlington prior to the establishment of the local branch....again we have always been made to feel that we are "special" by the sales staff.”

“I bought the car from SG Petch two years ago, and I`m very happy with car, I bought one for my wife and this year I changed for one new model, nice little car, but I only complain about the part exchange value on my old car, is too low. I Recommend to buy the car but part exchange maybe need to think before.”

“Took car in for annual service. Car was ready at alotted time but in meanwhile I had received a text report of "red" work that needed doing. On arriving to pick up the car was told that I would be given an appointment for the "red" work to be done in 6 months time. I am very disappointed about that. The whole point of the manufacturers extended service period is to make things more convenient for the customer. In fact extended service periods initially were promoted as a selling point. I do not expect to have that convenience of an annual - once a year- service taken away by the dealer. I expect to have all of the work done in one day as was a l ways the case until a couple of years ago. This is the second time this has happened to me and I am very unhappy about it.”
