Turned up and hung around for 10 mins before managing to attract a salespersons attention.said we were looking at a certain used car, they were surprised til I pointed it out. ‘Oh that’s the service car’ ‘ but yes it’s on your website for sale’ they couldn’t find it on their system until I pointed it out on my phone. On collection, poor valet, key missing,Ariel missing, service book not stamped. Took a bit of chasing from me to sort it all out. The only saving grace was the lady in the service dept who sorted the key, she was highly efficient unlike the sales dept. No real major issues but not a slick sales experience.

Trial of used car was rushed less than 3 miles road test .car was found to have a scratch (which looked new) not noticed when agreed to purchase . Service plan for traded in car wasn't cancelled when agreed had to remind for this to happen.

Very happy with Emma from SEAT Durham happy with service . I needed a mobility car and chose the SEAT ATECA . I have MS and liked all the safety features. I had a Ford Kuga and I needed space in the boot for my small mobility scooter , the ATECA looked fine for this. But Bewick who Seat deal with for a mobility alliteration was not satisfactory at all . They put a hoist in the car and what looked they had just thrown my scooter in the back. So I picked up my new car expecting my scooter could fit ok in the boot and it had made my car a 3 seater not a 5 seater it was going to be used as my family car Berwick phoned me prior to getting the hoist fitted asking questions about my scooter which Emma had already sorted all this we drop off my scooter 3 days before picking it up . So I had hospital appointment where I had to get a wheel chair . I told the man from Bewick what i needed doing and he was not a pleasant helpful man at all. My partner who is a handyman by trade with engineering experience had to alter a few things and made it fit with all seats available. So Seat had excellent after service but extremely disappointed from Bewick which I know was no fault of Seat but I needed to let you know . Do I would recommend Seat but not Bewick
