“Discovered Shackleton through google search and got sucked into the name, brand, story and ethos. I bought the Centenary Explorer Jacket in Orange and could not be happier. The quality is excellent and fit perfect and look forward to taking it on my Everest expedition in March 2022.”

“Ordered the Rothera als jacket in blue. Was looking a Canada goose originally but wanted something different. And less copied. Am not disappointed the quality is superb. The jacket is very warm for everyday winter use in the uk. They are expensive but if your looking for a high quality down jacket you won’t be disappointed here.”

“Jumper is superb quality, I was a bit concerned as the Jumper is expensive but it is beautifully made so I would expect that it will with care last a lifetime.”

“Beautiful Hero sweater in grey and grey cashmere 100 scarf. Bought as a present for my husband who loved the navy Hero sweater I gave him last Christmas. Great fit, made really well and happy husband. Thank you”

“I live in the Manchester area, so travelling to London (4 hours) to visit the Shackleton shop could have been a disappointment, however, it was totally the opposite. The shop is more like a niche boutique where every single item on display has earned its place by having the right look, feel, fit and most important, functionality. I was greeted by two very knowledgeable guys that reinforced the positive experience (I did warn them that I would forget their names, sorry dudes). In the end, I bought the Haakon Tactical Parka which will take me on a short walking excursion in the Scottish peaks and later on to the Finse challenge, I also bought a couple of the Nelson Merino base layers which have already become my favourites (for hiking and everyday wear) and for the final touches I also bought the cashmere beanie and the neck warmer which by the way it is the best I have ever tried because it stays in position throughout my walks (normally they tend to roll up exposing the neck). All in all an amazing experience and a new very satisfied customer. Luis Nino”

“After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to invest in a Haakon parka in navy blue.This was after speaking to Sarah at Shackleton who gave me great advice on the merits of the Haakon and the sizing.Her customer service throughout was outstanding ! As for the Haakon,it arrived in quick time and fits like a glove.It looks really stylish and having been out in the elements of cold,wind and rain I'm super happy with my purchase.I'm confident it will keep me warm and dry for years to come.”

“I had read many reviews before making my choice. Like many, I find it difficult always to "guess" an ideal fit when spending on a luxury item. So I was delighted when Shackleton open its shop in Covent Garden. Of course, the full range was available and make my final selection so much easier. Adding to this were the superb staff who gave me the time to browse whilst offering any help I might need. Overall I am left with an overwhelming experience of quality in both the coat and the service.”
