“I had high hopes for this underwear brand, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. First off, the quality of the fabric is horrible—after just one wash, they started to pill and lose their shape. The stitching is sloppy, and some of the seams even started to unravel! On top of that, the fit is just plain uncomfortable. I ordered up a size, but the waistband is either way too tight or too loose, and the fabric bunches up in all the wrong places. I couldn’t wear these for more than a couple of hours without feeling uncomfortable. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven’t received a response after multiple attempts. Honestly, this is one of the worst underwear brands I’ve tried, and I won’t be buying from them again. Save your money and look elsewhere! I wrote a review when this initially happen on Trustpilot and received a response from the company, but this is what they do for the public to see. I never heard from them when I provide the information they requested and never received a refund of $86.00 They are not even registered with the Better Business Bureau. “I have ordered several times from them for bras, leggings and undergarments. All the products were not bad. Not as good as I was hoping, but I will still wear them. The purpose for this review is to say Watch Your Account! A month after my last purchase of bras I started getting random $4.99 charges from my account. They did it a couple time before I caught it. Thank goodness it was not my regular account so I could easily shut it down.”

“The bra(s) fit really well and are uber comfortable. And they support really well. I liked them so much, I ordered one for my youngest daughter. Can’t wait for her to try it. I even recommended this bra to the ladies in my zoom beading group! And the entire order came withinin two days—amazing!!”

“The fit is terrific for once in my life I don't feel the need to rip my bra off as soon as I get home from work. I just threw all of my other bras in the garbage and ordered 2 more shapermint bras. Thank you for an amazing product.”
