“There was good shaping but there was little to no support. The straps need to be thicker and not as stretchy. I will only wear it around the house.”

“Quality is not the same as a few years prior. So disappointing. Love the sports bra - sizing varies by color. Gray is full size smaller than white. Bralet is tiny compared to sports bra. No consistency across the line.”

“I want to love this bra so much, the fit is great and it’s very comfortable, but the straps are so elastic that there is no support, things are bouncing everywhere and I’m considering taking to to a tailor to have real straps installed. I’m sad about it because when I first put it in the cleavage is great!!”

“The order took way too long, one item sent was incorrect and mostly...I can't just return something...the Return Portal only allows for exchanges. The chat bot is useless. There is no way to speak to anyone, no customer service. The item I'm keeping is very comfortable though.”

“Love the product but I really am disappointed in service. My card was charged for a membership in December. I didn't want a membership. Very deceptive practices!! I cancelled on the site on my account in December when I first noticed it and no response. I again cancelled on the help AI page on January 12 Cancellation number 7622730. It is now February and no refund or contact. Be careful when ordering!!!!!”

“I am very disappointed with the shapermint bra. I believe I bought the correct size as indicated by there guide. However the material is flimsier than they report and lacks the support they say. After one wash on gentle the material does not hold up. I would not recommend this bra”

“I bought 2 items Cami & strapless bra they were to tight so they told me to keep the items & they would hive me a refund. They gave me a refund for the bra I have sent 4 emails about the refund but no response 😡 Want be purchasing anymore”

“i really like the look of the bra, i just cant seem to get one that fits. the medium was way too small and the extra lg fit in band width but the cup size was way too large. I'd really like to be able to get a bra that fits”

“Am I the only one? I am perplexed that I can find absolutely no negative reviews. I must be the only one that received super soft bra, flimsy with no support and only accentuated the bulges. Was nothing like advertised. Spoke with a rep to insure I ordered the right size, but very disappointed in the product. The bright side is they promptly refunded my return. Which leads me to believe there have been other returns.”
