“I ordered two strapless bras and two different colors. Of course, when you get ready to check out, they offer you a better deal to add more. When I clicked to check it out to see what it was it added it to my order and automatically totaled me and charged me. I was able to get back into the order after doing a chat and telling them I did not want the two extra ones, why would I need four strapless bras? And she came back with, well keep one of the extra one of the extra one’s and will only charge you this. I told her still, I did not need any extra other than the two that I had originally ordered. That’s the second time I’ve had an issue when I’ve gone to look at the special deal and it automatically adds it and charges it. I finally was able after several minutes of the chat to get her to give me credit for the two that I did not want. It should be a little more self-explanatory that if you go into the special offer, that is probably gonna add it on regardless.”

“I ordered the Capri pant and it does not fit 5'1" like a Capri. In fact I need to hem it to make it be at my ankles. I tried to request a return, but Shapermint will not allow a return on this item?? I can only exchange it for the same item? I don't want "Capri" that comes below my ankles.”

“I did keep the one bra but I had ordered 5 items and I was very disappointed. And the when I processed my returns somehow some of my money went to a gift card. I DID NOT WANT! When I tried to contact you to clear up this situation I still haven’t received a response. I just wanted to get things cleared up and get my refund.”

“I ordered based on their size recommendations and they shirts were too tight. I then went up a size and when I received them, they are still slightly tight. I don’t feel that the advertisement is accurate. I can still see my buldges…”

“When I ordered I did through a link that promised a free pair of shorts, i did not get it and CS was no help. I was not overly impressed by the quality of the products as well, I did expect a better product for the hype surrounding it, sadly i was disappointed and will not bother trying any more products especially sine i believe that the CS representative was rude to me.”

“I really liked the bra that I saw in the commercials so I placed an order but it didn't look like the bra in the commercial and the app wouldn't let me go to any other pages... I should have stopped right then and canceled the order... after the order was in process I somehow stumbled onto another site that let me look at the different styles... I tried to stop my order by chat but it was just a loop to waste my time... I haven't even tried the bra on... I'm not one to give negative feedback but this one really burns me...”

“It didn’t smooth out my lumps as you claim in your videos nor did it hold my boobs in place. Guess I was expecting a miracle yet I don’t have enormous boobs. It’s okay though, I can always use another camisole top during the summer but worn with a bra!”

“Shopping and shipping was easy and fast. I ordered the scoop neck camisole and am disappointed. I don't think it's the wrong size, but it's just not as supportive as I'd expected. I will keep it, but will not use it as I'd hoped to.”

“Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I also found cup sizing to run small. No problems with ordering. My returned items were quickly refunded in the manner they were paid. Delivery was a zero star. Packaging was slit opened from side to side.”
