“Very disappointed. Ordered merchandise based on the size guide and all 3bras did not fit. My guess that the C cup I ordered was actually a D and now I have to go through the hassle of returning these Items. I think I won’t be ordering again.”

“Last time I ordered, bras were tight around underbrush but cup size was good. So I ordered a size bigger, and now band size is good but cup size WAY too big. No happy medium.”

“I still don't know if my exchange is going to happen. I can't go back and return it again because I'm told the refund has already happened but I see nothing happening. I just want a different color because I never got to choose my color.”

“The products are amazing. Customer service is horrendous. I paid for things to be delivered early. I got them like six weeks later. I still have not gotten my original order which I placed at least six weeks ago.”

“Unfortunately I seem to fall in between a 12 -14 so my bra was too at big 14 and 12 would be too small. Also I did not like the big round shape Shapermint gave my breast and the sides of the bra bulged. I really appreciated the quick response when I asked for a refund. It is hard buying online as you really need to try on so the return policy was very efficient and that I was thankful.”

“I went to your site to return items, the site would not let me return the items int option was to exchange. I don't want to exchange. I no longer will buy your products.”

“The product itself is good but the customer service is none existent. The product arrived but some of them not in the size as ordered. They gave freebies but not the item they advertise. Tried reaching out to customer service via email, but your concern remains unnotice. I like the product but I am not going to.order again. Who knows what sizes and what item they going to give.”

“Sizing is difficult for me as I'm much bigger in the hips and thighs than and an in the waste. Therefore, I needed to upsize the undergarments to fit my thighs and they don't really provide the support for my stomach that i would like. I had similar difficulty finding the right fit for bras.”

“I am trying to return the items I purchased but the return form does not allow me to complete it and I have chatted on line, phoned, and sent an email but all I get are computer generated answers which do not help me. I have yet to hear from anyone with a real answer to my problem.”
