I cancelled on the site on my account in December when I first noticed it and no response. I again cancelled on the help AI page on January 12 Cancellation number 7622730. It is now February and no refund or contact.

“I am very disappointed with the shapermint bra. I believe I bought the correct size as indicated by there guide. However the material is flimsier than they report and lacks the support they say. After one wash on gentle the material does not hold up. I would not recommend this bra”
