“My first experience was 10/10 but the second time I purchased a run through dsc it still hasn’t been completed as of 24hours later despite their employee contacting me to tell me he logged in then did nothing still has been unresponsive and their support here is also as useless I waited for 4 hours supposedly was the “first in queue” the whole time and haven’t heard a word from them despite multiple emails requesting info on what was happening”

I leave my 2-factor auth turned on for my account and the sherpas are always chill about having to get the code texted to them. Had maybe one mix up in terms of service delivery and it was corrected immediately, no charge. DYA has been a great sherpa. Highly recommend.”
