“I don't often leave negative reviews. I understand things happen. I placed my first ever order exactly 24 hours ago. I never heard anything until 11 hours later, and I think that was only because I went back to the customer service chat and asked why I hadn't heard anything. Nonetheless, I was assured my order would be tackled the next AM. Well, it's 1 PM now and, unfortunately, I have heard nothing and my inventory has not changed, meaning no one has worked on my order. I can deal with waiting, but when I'm assured one thing will happen, then it doesn't, it is very frustrating for me, especially if there is no communication. I'm giving this 2* because the customer service is really friendly and responsive, otherwise, fairly disappointing.”
