“This was my first time ever using a service like this and it was Great. I had Alejandro as my carry (they were also great). He was very professional and we had some fun games. (Not the carries fault) It did take a bit before someone got to my order but I'm sure its because people were busy and time of day ect. I'd say to expect to do the card the next day if you have the fast pass. If you don't probably on Sunday or Monday(Just an assumption). Overall I'm really happy with it. If I had to give some feedback on something to work on it would be to notify the customer on the average wait time.”
“I ordered a 3x run for the new raid to be done on a hunter. I wanted a chance to get a full set of Raid armor. I assumed it would be done back to back or over the course of 3 weeks or something. Instead, the sherpa logged on to my account and played a totally different Raid for a different client using my character. He then started my order for the new raid. He used my source materials and upgrade resources to bring armor and weapons up to the current level in order to use a specific loadout that he wanted to run the raid with. He ran the new raid on all three of my characters back to back instead of just using my Hunter as I had ordered. It was in the order to use my hunter for 3 runs in the new Raid. I contacted customer service the next day and messaged with Mike. He blamed me for the whole thing. Said I should have been more specific about my wants and needs. Seriously, like WTF?”

“I paid for the Vex Mythoclast and Catalyst Completion but the sherpa ghosted me and my attempts at contacting support went unanswered.
While I did get pretty good service for the Grasp of Avarice when it launched, I effectively spent $120 on nothing and was ignored when I asked for a refund.”
