Hi, Sorry about this we are re-branding a lot of resources and there are also others that go under review but I agree we need to do a better job communicating this. “Ordered and paid for next day delivery on a Thursday (working hours) the stuff was delivered on a Monday. It was delivered to a neighbour despite people being in.”

Hi, We are sorry this shouldn't happen, if the order was placed before 1pm (this is on the next day delivery option) you should have received the next day if you did this and it didn't please contact customer services for a refund. We will speak to our couriers as the service we pay for should be to your door and signed for to make sure you get your order. Any other method is not part of our service and in this instance a driver has decided on their own to make this call. Thanks Scout Store

“Horrible customer service and ordering procedure- do not order!!! I ordered some gifts for Scout leaders and received email confirmation that that they had been dispatched but received no further information re: delivery and NEVER received the items. Repeated emails for information went unacknowledged and unanswered. Called customer service and was told it was my fault as I hadn't used the correct email address- although I had used the address indicated for customer service inquiries INDICATED ON THEIR EMAIL CONFIRMATION!!! (Sorry- I should have divined an alternate email address with which to contact them!). At any rate, I asked for a refund as I could no longer use the gifts for Scout leaders since the end of the year event had already passed (and I had to hurriedly purchase alternate gifts!). Now I received my credit card statement and realised they only credited the amount of the order back to me AND NOT THE SHIPPING COST, so I've basically paid for them to NOT SHIP MY ORDER TO ME! Absolutely outrageous and no way to run an online shop!”

“Please with the service, but disappointed with the postal side paid for a three to four delivery,but had to wait nine days due to order being put on hold. Would it not be better to add a little to the prices and scrap the postal wording. D,Holdbrook”

“Very pleased with the quality of my daughters Beavers polo shirt and sweatshirt. Items arrived quickly. My only issue is the sizing is larger than expected. Perhaps some height and sleeve length measurements would be helpful instead of just the chest measurement guide. Overall very pleased with the order.”
