“Would have been better to send small products by Royal Mail 1st class as it would not only arrive at the same time but would be much cheaper. DHL is really not necessary.”

“Unfortunately I received somebody else's order. This took a while to resolve as they would not send my correct order until they had received my returned parcel. From the date of my order this took 3 weeks for me to receive my order which was then a part order - 2 parcels later and there is still one patch outstanding which hopefully will arrive soon...!”
