“Lovely quality uniform although sizing was inaccurate. Ordered a 32inch tshirt and jumper, jumper was marked 32 inch but measured 36inch and tshirt measured 34inch. Both have been sent back .”

“The flag cost to much. It took to long to arrive. And was not trackable. And i was not able to cancel the order once a cheaper option was avalable. I will not be buying anything for my troop from the scout store agin. Do not buy this flag. And do not get it personizsed”

Thank you for leaving a review, We try to keep the costs as low as possible and we are sorry you couldn't cancel the order. We would always recommend that if you were not happy with the initial price to have a look around before you place the order. The flags are created by a third party supplier who don't have the ability to provide the tracking information, as soon as we dispatch we do provide the tracking information. Thanks Scout Store

“Service and quality are great. But why so much packaging? When so many groups are trying to reduce their plastics use it's really disappointing to receive products wrapped in so much unnecessary packaging.”

“Before Christmas I returned a set of staged hike badges which were sent to me instead of the nights away I requested. I still have not received the correct badges or a refund despite phonecalls and emails. My latest order was correct and prompt. However, I avoid using the official Scout store as much as possible as I find the customer service at best inept and at worst shocking. They seem to have no compunction in taking money off their own leaders and Scout groups for incorrect, missing and bad quality products.”

“For the most part I purchase Publications, the website to this Section is disorganized. It is necessary to go through the complete list to check there is nothing missing. It may also be better to list items that are out of stock, rather than de-listing them. An example was Badges & Awards Cubs that did not appear on the list when I placed my last order,”

“It seems highly appropriate that Scouting should celebrate the 50th anniversary of the moon landing with some nice badges, bearing in mind that most of the lunarnauts were Scouts. “I purchased a scouts pride Raglan t-shirt, pride woven fun badge and pride woven wristband. All of my purchases were of really nice quality and arrived quickly. The t shirt was a medium and fits well (women's size 10) it also washes well with no shrinking. Would recommend these products. Well done to scouts shop for supporting LGBTQ scouts.”
