“One of my roles is with the Derbyshire County training team. I put together a Welcome pack for new Leaders to bridge the HQ's welcome and District information. I usually need large quantities, sometime at short notice, of HQ,s Yellow, Green and brown cards plus training such as Welcome to your new role, Training support for Leaders, Module matrix etc. The shop is very good at responding. The only gripe I have is the new rule that you can only buy in batches of 50, which means to me a duplicate order with a day in between.”

“Sadly I was disappointed by scout store. I accidentally added 2 jumpers to my basket which I realised just as I had confirmed payment. I got in contact immediately to be told that this order could not be cancelled or changed.”

“Took nearly 3 weeks to get an order. I had to reorder and send the original order back when it eventually turned up. 4 calls later and a huge amount of stress im not impressed.”

“Excellent customer service however be wary of the sizing - we ordered a scout shirt in a size small for our 12 year old boy and his dad could have worn it, it was huge!”
