Hi, Thanks for leaving a review, we do monitor our availability and it is usually 95% plus can you be more specific so we can look into please (can email customer services with the issue). We are also adding a new feature soon where it will email when an item comes back into stock so you don't need to keep checking. “I placed my order in late February with the promise that it would arrive in April. The orders of the rest of my Unit arrived but i never received mine. I had to send an email inquiring about when my product would arrive and when it was eventually delivered, there were two items missing. I contacted the scout store and they assured me that they would arrive soon and while one has been delivered, the other is yet to arrive. Furthermore, when i emailed to ask about where my missing product was, my email was met with no response. Never again will I use the scout store.”

Hi, Thank you leaving this feedback and apologies on the late delivery we did email all customers affected on the optional kit. we also had some items delivered later but we felt it right to get out what we had and rest assured they items will follow. I have escalated this to the Customer Contact Manager who will be in touch as we should have responded to your email as each one is tracked in the system. “It was hard to find the Orange, Yellow etc cards as hey were all over the place. I think you should arrange the page with them on plus the other goods in alphabetical order.”

“I hold three roles in scouting and have used Scout Store for may years, as appointments secretary I always ordered all my forms etc. Due to new logo etc I am finding it increasingly hard to get the leaflets and forms I need. Over the past year the paperwork, forms, membership cards I would normally access are not available ! sad :(”

We are changing over items with the brand but they are usually only out of stock around a couple of weeks unless there are reviews of the publications from the HQ teams\volunteer teams. Hi, Thanks for the suggestion we do offer it at £75 and we are always reviewing our carriage price but costs rise every year by 6-8% so even keeping it as is becomes ever more costly. We feel our prices are fair and our service is very reliable. Thanks Scout Store
