“The concern that I have is dealing with postage & packaging for small and light items we are still charge the normal postage. I do find a bit steep, and in the past have enquired over the phone and receive arrogant response. Recently I bought two cloth badges and it only cost you one first class stamp. We are volunteers might be an idea to a scale of postage and different ways to collect. Just a idea.”

Hi, Thank you for the review and the feedback, we are looking at introducing badge only carriage very soon to sort this problem with really small and light items. It is under development with our web team and will make sure badge only orders are charged at a much lower carriage price. We are also looking at different collection options too but we need to install an updated back end system first to integrate with 3rd party potential suppliers of this service. Thanks Scout Store

“Would not go near this store if you payed me the arrive is shocking the delivery is a joke 2 badges took 13days from purchase. Badge for uniform for Buckingham palace visit never got to me anywhere near on time .do yourself.a favour and go to your local shop”

“Ordered on 4th March - Bar to the Long Service Award cloth badges - had to ring several times to check on the order after being told out of stock and possibly being revamped. Finally arrived on 17th May. Not happy at the length of time waiting for what should be a standard in stock product.”

“Quick and efficient service. I have some Q's please: Why can't GSL's order Section badges please?? This makes it difficult to support the Sections. Can you bring back the Cub Camper activity badge please. It's missed!!”
