“I found my first experience of the Scout store quite frustrating as many of the items I wanted (mostly badges) were out of stock for over a month. Unfortunately there is not a facility to pre-order on items that are currently out of stock which means you have to keep checking back on the website. If items being out of stock going to a regular thing I think it would be useful to have a pre-order function or at least an email alert system that emails a user when their selected items are in stock... Having said that; once I was able to place my order, it arrived within 3-5 working days (via a trackable courier) and was 100% correct.”

“1 of the items dropped off the order so I had to pay 2 delivery fees, I phoned up to explain and was told there was nothing they could do. Plus no email to say first lot was on way. Did at least get email explaining 2nd one would be late.”

“Sizing is shocking. Please give all your suppliers the same set of information to work from so there is consistency across all garments. Nothing fits!”

“Over the years I have made several purchases from the scout shop always quick service and accurate delivery The down side shipping cost to United States is a bit high so it pays to order larger quantity to offset shipping”
