“What a complete shambles. Completely the wrong item received, couldn’t get through on the phone so had to go to the online chat then was told to email. Long story short a week after delivery I still don’t have the items I’ve paid for but Scout Store won’t credit me while I’m waiting for the them to sort this out.”

“Shambolic outfit, placed order, still not all with me after almost 7 weeks wait. No indication at time of ordering that items were out of stock. I had to chase the store repeatedly to find out where my order was, they did not contact me proactively. Avoid using this place!”

“It doesn’t make it clear the sizes .. it’s very confusing what is adults and what is child’s , I returned a shirt last week to exchange but have not heard anything back at all .”

Hi, Thank you for leaving a review, if you haven't heard please contact customer services they will be happy to help. We do try and make it clear what is adults and what is youth clothing in the description of the products and each product has a size guide within the description itself I hope that helps. “Great apart from not using the number attached to the delivery address but using a different number on the system and the correct address. my boyfriend got a text saying he’s getting a delivery but it came to my parents house so everyone was confused.”

“Really speedy dispatch of good which was great, Unfortunately I had to return the good for smaller sizes, but no communication regarding the return or about dispatch of new goods. My son s being invested next week, and at the moment has no uniform.”

“Have placed multiple orders via the website all of which have been delivered promptly within a week of placing the order. All orders were correct with correct sizes being delivered which saves on the hassle of returns. Fantastic!”

“Generally very good and a good product selection. There's some scope for improvement in making the product selection process more youth and parent friendly including: 1. making the product selection process more appealing to young people so they can select what they want; 2. appeal to parents and volunteers - in South Wales we are struggling to recruit parent volunteers and assistant scout leaders so products that give wearers a sense of belonging and place is important; 3. more products for the UK home nations and regions; and 4. as the warmer weather approaches a better selection of caps and hats. big thanks, keep up the good work”
