“Ordering process was simple, though some items went out-of-stock between preparing my order and paying for it a few days later. It was a bit concerning when the order went from 'processing' to 'on hold' in a matter of minutes, though the FAQ does explain it's to do with ordering certain badges (would have been better if that was included in the email). Delivery was fairly quick, all items arrived well-packed and in good condition.”

“Reasonable quality items. Quick delivery on some parts of the order, slow delivery on other parts. Poor communication on delivery - it just turned up one day.”

“Great service but please start selling women’s activity shorts. Women and teenage girls are a different shape and men’s shorts are not a good fit.”

“Would prefer to support and buy through Scout Shop but same product available in Go Outdoors. Needed for BH weekend - Vango cargo 80l was £30 v £45 is significant (without scout discount further deducted and delivery costs)”

Hi, Thanks for writing the review unfortunately we can't match that price from GO Outdoors as we only buy small quantities and they are many times our size as a business. However when you buy any Vango tent you are still supporting the Scouts as we have licensing deal with them where we receive a royalty for tents purchased anywhere. Thanks Scout Store

“Easy to order items, arrive promptly, parcel arrived in good condition, unfortunately all three items I ordered were returned due to sizing issues. I requested all items of the same size, they were replacement for items I already owned. None of the new items were anywhere near the size they should have been.”

“Use of the store was easy and straightforward . The ability to add to an order even one that is on hold for special items however, proved to be impossible and this was disappointing. Sizing of The garments supplied could at best be described as interesting and we are aware from social media that we are not alone in this.”

“No choice of vendors for jamboree kit and the quality is very poor. Paying £19.50 for shorts that have no shape and no pockets is really disappointing.”
