“Not enough Scout related products & too much plastic non-essential stuff these days. Please support Royal Mail rather than German or American couriers who don't employ staff & pay min. wage.”

Hi, Thank you for the feedback we have added a lot of new products in the last 12 months and we have also committed ourselves to a series of eco pledges you can find in the blog section of our website to reduce the amount of plastic we sell in Scout Store. “Ordered on a Wednesday afternoon so fully expected it to arrive after the weekend but received by Friday which meant my son could attend St George’s Day parade in his new Cubs uniform! All shipped in correct sizes, very pleased. Per Nevrin, Wateringbury, Kent”

“I purchased an XXS uniform scout shirt for an average sized 10 1/2 year old. I understand this is the smallest size available. It is Huge!! Probably fit a 14yr old but not suitable for a 10yr old. Why are shirts in a suitable size not available for children who are starting scouts? If they are available in smaller sizes, please tell me where I can get one.”

“Good selection of sizes, uniform good quality and comfortable for my boys to wear. Ordered a bigger size so it lasts and doesn’t look too big. Quick delivery and up to date tracking information sent so I knew to expect parcel.”

“This is online shopping as it should be done - easy to find the items you want, good information about the items and photos, no complicating the process by trying to get you to buy more and an efficient checkout process. “Delivery was prompt. Next Day. Website navigation for uniform badges is still awkward, especially when ordering lots of different types. A search tool would be useful like the one on OSM.”
