“Service and quality are great. But why so much packaging? When so many groups are trying to reduce their plastics use it's really disappointing to receive products wrapped in so much unnecessary packaging.”

“Good service. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is becuase part of my order didnt arrive, but when i emailed them i got the rest of my order back pretty quickly. Customer service is easy and helpful. Quality of the items is greate”

“Search facility on the website is not the best, but with the number of items you have, I suppose it's the best you can do. The chat option is really useful for queries, rather than having to send an email. Items ordered come really quickly”
