“Fast delivery and product as described. But...disappointed to find a sale sticker in one shoe with a price £9 less than i had paid. Expected to receive a refund, but I was refused.”

“The only problem I have is with the sizing. I can walk into Clarks shop and their normal size 12 which is a G fitting is OK for me. Your size 12 with a wide fitting I could not even get onto my foot, despite another reviewer saying they were a large size 12. Returns system is good, with a quick refund.”

“The hi-tec trainers were not the ones that Amazon was advertising I rang your department up and he had a look in the store room but no luck he agreed that the ones I received are not the ones that Amazon advertised”

“The quality of the slippers is very good, the fit is not - these are NOT wide fitting at best they are just an average fitting, even a little on the narrow side! they would have gained a very good other than the fit.”

“I returned a pair of boots,which were not suitable for me.I returned them within 3-4 days which cost me over £8,which was down to me.But have had to ask for a refund,which has taken two weeks,and is still not in my account.Regards Mrs Janet Childs”

“Prices have increased staggeringly over the last few years. Shoes that were around £40 are now around £110 in some cases. Other than that, all very good. Great choice, fast delivery.”

“I have used Schuperb before, so had no hesitation in ordering from them again. However, not so impressed this time. Delivery took over a week, with no updates from initial order, which would have been appreciated. Delivery was estimated as 2/1/16 on order placed 29/12/15, but they came 8/1/16. I understand that this was over the new year, but would have preferred a more realistic prediction from the outset! Will use again, as great prices!”

“Purchased a 'Wide Fitting Shoe Online' but when they arrived they didn't Fit my Wide Feet. Hence this pair of shoes was returned at MY Expense ! Which I feel is 'Unfair' as the shoes were advertised as 'Wide Fit' ! The experience Could & Should have been more pleasant but it appears that Customer Services are Uncaring.”

“The quality of the product was good and description very accurate. Was very disappointed when I received the box as it was all crumpled up and this was a present so had to salvage the box somehow, but didn't look very good, shame as the recepient loved the slippers, just shame about presentation.”

“When I received the package, It wasn't enclosed in a larger box and I'm positive I didn't get a packing slip. I emailed to inquire about an exchange, as instructed by the one slip of paper I got, and I was told I'd have to buy another pair of shoes, then maybe I would get a return??? I hoped for better treatment.”

“The shoes were as I expected. They were also well packed and dispatched in reasonable time. What wasn't reasonable is the messing around their chosen courier company gave me considering I live in central London. Ordered on a Monday, dispatched Tuesday...finally delivered on Sunday. Between not showing up at all twice in the delivery windows they gave me, and then showing up un-announced 2 days later to deliver the item, this has truly put a rude dampener on my experience. Time to reconsider your delivery options Shuperb. For this, I have marked you down.”
