“Disappointed so far by the service, there’s a disclaimer that emails are taking longer to respond to however that is how they communicate. After placing my order I received an email that it was on hold due to the image so I almost immediately uploaded a new one. Two days later I called to find out the status of my order only to find out the image hadn’t even been reviewed. Here we are about a week after my initial order and I haven’t received my product or a tracking number for it.”

“HORRIBLE! Missed the delivery date! Could confirm a revised date, I requested to cancel the order with no response, the parts surprisingly showed up but all pieces were damaged. Now I’ve tried three times to get an RMA but have been dropped off the call and told to call beck because their system wasn’t working.... the worst!!!”

“Un-usable. The sign was completely the wrong color so it wasn't the school's green but instead some sort of bluish green. I emailed customer care asap asking for a replacement with the correct color, but no one ever returned my email. Too bad. Thankfully I didn't lose too much money but I did lose the opportunity to celebrate my senior in high school who lost her graduation to this pandemic.”

“The coloring on the majority Of my 100 signs is ver dull and nothing like my proof. I immediately started a claim and I got an automated response saying 6 to 7 days. Today is 7 and no response except this email asking for a review. I am about to dispute with PayPal. No one will buy them.”
