“I created my sign and it was just what I wanted, including the price of a little over $4.00! When I reviewed the purchase page, the totals were correct. When I placed the order, the confirmation came back showing the price of the item at fours times+ the amount of what I agreed too! I did a chat on their website and they said they would check on it. They came back with a very stupid explanation. I told them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. The chat person then said that the chat idle was too long and she was done with the call and terminated the chat. I had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute to insure that the company would refund our money. The credit card agent looked at the confirmation and said,”you really paid almost $15.00 in shipping a $4 item?” I told her that I really needed the item and was willing to pay the shipping. Still waiting to see if the refund has been made.”
