Wrong item delivered. An hour on hold trying to recitfy it. Then I was charged shipping to fix the mistake. Bad service all around.

I won't be using them again. I expect an ite. To stay the same price from when a previously ordered a few weeks prior. Not bait and switch tactics. I expect when they offer 55% off that it really is, not price manipulation of the product so you really save little money. I can afford to go elsewhere that does not try to take advantage of me and my money

Was told on site chat that we would receive the discount for order same size/material with ordering 5 signs. They said to call in to have promotion added to order. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was then told this was not correct since prints were slightly different in wording we have printed. Very disappointed with overall customer service. Hoping products are better. Only reason we went through with this is because of all the time we had already spent on designing signs. Most likely will not be back.

Very disappointed. The only reason I ordered from your company was because the delivery date was on 5/19. The order confirmation even said 5/19. Once shipped, the delivery date was changed to 5/20. We had a surprise graduation party for my son, and since all graduation ceremonies were cancelled this year, it was important to have the yard decorated for his arrival. The signs did not arrive on time and one was damaged. It was very disappointing. Your delivery timeframe was very misleading. I will not order from you again.

Your customer service used to answer the phone within 3 minutes. I just waited over 30 minutes for no reason. You also used to have better coupons if we called in and supposedly you don't anymore. We spend a TON of money here and customer service is going downhill quickly. And for the representative to tell me there is no way to add free shipping with the advertised promo like I am an idiot is a bit off putting bc you guys do it all the time.

Shipping is expesive and everything is charged. So the marketing is very misleading. $83 for 100 qty. ? Oh you want them printed fee you want ink fee you want a stand fee you want them shipped fee etc. Compared to others it comes out to every other places who does signs. So even with our basic order it comes out to $5 each sign!!!! for only 100

I only got 9 of 10 signs and 17 of 20 beefy stakes. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone as I need my signs and equipment by next week.

I paid for 10 signs for my daughter’s graduation and I received only nine. As well, I only received 17 of 20 stakes. I tried calling customer service and I never got an answer despite waiting for 45 minutes. I sent an email to customer service and received a notification saying that I wouldn’t get any feedback until 10 to 13 days later. That is unacceptable. I purchased my daughter’s signs ahead of time but waiting an additional 10 to 13 days is not going to work for me.
