“Never received signs they said at time of order I’d receive on 4/13. Never received any shipping notice. Never received response to customer service. Scam company. Save your money. Will be taking this up with my credit card company. Very poor customer service. Really, NO SERVICE AT ALL.”

“Shipping stated in my order we would receive free, next -day shipping and then charged us. That was not what we expected. I would refrain from advertising such discounts if you're not actually providing them.”

“Designing was good. Really easy to do and a great program for mobile ordering. Unfortunately I ordered stands/wires with the signs I ordered and they didn’t come. I selected them in the section box but my invoice doesn’t show them. I ordered from Canada so shipping was expensive but not the issue. I now have 50 signs with no stands and my business is seasonal.”

“I quite honestly do not understand any decent reviews given. This place gets you BIG on shipping and not even for actual shipping costs. It is just a way for them to recoup 'cheap' prices (which you can find similar pricing with their competitors). For example, ordering 100 signs WITH stakes, shipping was about $57. The same signs WITHOUT stakes, shipping was about $98 - less weight, less product, almost twice the shipping cost. It is a complete scam, in my opinion. Went to their competitor and saved just over $60, even though the signs, themselves, were slightly more. The shipping is where Signs on the Cheap rips you off. Buyer beware.”

“ill wait for the quality...I just love how I shop your site for producsoemts and then you send me a email of 50% off my order...Then when I start working on my own design...Your prices are not 50% off what I looked at 2 months ago. I swear.... you are just like all the rest....Raise your prices to announce a Sale....THAT is not a sale....IT IS SWINDLING111 I WILL NOT USE YOUR WEBSITE AGAIN. “I had an order in for double sided yard signs. I was comparing prices and you guys sent me an email that said receive 55% off which made you a lil less expensive than got print whom I normally use. So I go thru the email to get back to my order that comes single sided for the same darn price I could have gotten double sided. Then the sticks are scheduled to arrive 2 weeks after the signs. The customer service reps says this is what you ordered and that was it. Not let me see if we can try to make you happy. Was dry and unprofessional. So thumbs down. If she would have tried anything I would have maybe tried you again.”

“Signs are good quality. But the shipping is stupidly overpriced. All they did was send it in a regular cardboard box. I know shipping and it should be cheaper.”

“I tried to make a big order to Calgary, Canada but after filling everything out and not knowing why my order wouldn’t send, I call customer service to find out they don’t deliver anywhere in Canada?! A total waste of everyone’s time. Please make it known before we start the process.”
