“I was highly disappointed when I received my sign and it looked as if they just scanned the artwork that I had sent to them onto the sign. Not worth putting up as the final product is very inferior. now I see why they call it "Signs on the Cheap" because it certainly looks cheap.”

“I designed the sign and am happy with it, however when I went to reorder the signs was $125 more than before. Even if you had a promotion going on you advertised 55% off when I reordered. You would think for reorders you would honor the same price. There are other companies as cheap or cheaper that will.”

“Do you print bad reviews? Let’s face it, the 55% off is a real ruse. Claiming your regular price for a 12x18 is $32.00 is an outrage. Your competition widely sells that size for $22 to $25.00. Price your product realistically and stop playing the %off game.”

“Your website doesn't always receive what's sent to it. I had to cancel and order and then re-order because when I ordered 2nd day shipping, it charged me for the slow boat to China. Since I live in Ohio, that was the wrong direction and the wrong shipping to boot. Garrett at customer service was GREAT though.”

“Original price was $1.42 per sign, then when going to checkout it changed to $1.75 per sign. Very deceptive business practices and illegal. Shipping cost as much as the signs. Use a more reputable company that provides customer service and not a chat box with "please leave an email and we'll get back to you." Why even have a live chat if you are not going to have someone actually available to chat?”

“Was not able to place the order on the phone after I sent the tax exempt form to avoid paying the tax . I called several times and waited and other times pushed 1 so that they would call me back when an associate was free. Never received a call back . If they did they didn't leave a message to know that they did. We didn't have time to keep waiting for a return call, so I had to place the order with the tax and will have it refunded.”

“Horrible! I’m not happy with the quality of the print on the signs on order. I immediately contacted customer service upon receiving my signs. They responded with basically it fell within their quality standards, but they would remake at a discounted amount. The blamed my image provided as the issue. I’ve had plenty of signs made with other companies with the exact same image provided, and had no issues at all. Not interested in giving this company any more of my money again. Just disappointed in the whole process. Stay away if customer service and quality are important to you.”

“i have zero relationship with this company. They erroneously charged my card for $554 and refuse to return the money they charge. I consider this theft and am reporting to authorities. I dont suggest you do business with criminals.”
