“Sent me someone else’s sign, and not responding to send me right sign”

“The ordering part was easy....the shipping was a mess. The signs were sent via UPS (As I confirmed they would be) but the service used has them transferred to USPS prior to the final destination so the signs as of yet, still have not shown up.”

“18/20 signs came damaged. Very poor quality. Sent an email showing the damaged mishandled signs days ago and haven’t yet gotten a response. The agent I spoke to on the phone was pleasant but no follow up thereafter.”

“Didn’t like the way that the color changed from purple to light gray. I didn’t choose light gray. The color should be the color in the place where you type the words. Very poor design process”
