“I have not received the signs I ordered but the order process was very cumbersome. The site has a lot of quirks. The chat people are no help at all.”

“When the shipping at $16 is more than the cost of 2 x 8oz. signs at $15 then you know you just got a great deal...right, and I know from the last time I got signs that the poor packaging is not the cost, unfortunately I need the style I designed and the quality is good so I am stuck, just looking for a little fairness.”

“This company printed ten signs which were not correct. They had me take photos and send in to verify I wasn't being dishonest. After they reviewed them they came to the conclusion that they are within the standards and if I want them correct I will have to pay again. Quality doesn't seem to matter since they received my payment.”

“PICTURE WAS SENT S A REFERENCE YOU IDIOTS JUST TRANSFERRED IT TO A PIECE OF ALUMINUM..DID NOT REMOVE ARROWS AND OR EXPAND IT TO FIT THE PIECE AND LEFT THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN THE PICTURE”

“I'm very disappointed in my signs and will be contacting your customer service. I didn't receive all of my signs, I received the wrong quantity on one of my signs and all of them look horrible as there is a lightly shaded white box behind the logo and some text.”
