“I ordered my product on 12/20 and I still have not received my signs. Every time I call they try to tell me I have to pay for a new order when I never got my first one. They have no idea where my first order went. I managed to be shipped the stakes for my signs, but no signs.”

“Product shipped quickly however when arrived the image is blurry. It was not what was approved when proofed, nor was there any “warning” that the picture wasn’t ideal for printing. I have emailed SignsOnTheCheap about this and nobody has bothered to address that I have even contacted them regarding this poor quality”

“My signs came out great but they were damaged when I opened the package. i emailed customer service with pictures and didn't receive a response. Until this experience I enjoyed this companies work but will not be purchasing anything else from Signs on the Cheap”

“$97 for shipping, defeats the purpose of your low-cost. You're gouging us on that end to make up for your profit. I can't see myself ordering signs from you ever again.”

“The experience was horrible. I never dealt with such unprofessional staff. They sent me very pixelated signed that looked all foggy. The employees response to me is that it looks good from far distances so it should be fine. It took three phones calls before someone could finally approve a replacement. I am waiting to see what the replacements will look like. Also hoping to see if they follow through because this is the second time they stated they were sending replacements and I never received it.”

“The sign color washed out the lettering to where you cant even tell there are words on the sign. In the proof it did not appear washed out. So I have 50 useless signs because there unreadable.”
