“It was unclear where the cutoff would be so my design came out flawed. The signs are dirty. Not with like dirt you can wipe off, but like printed on black blemishes that are permanent. Expensive mistake.,”

“I know there is a way to open the sign up but so far have not figured it out so we just leaned it against our truck at the event we were at. When we ordered we should have been allowed to order signs that actually fit the stand but I had to figure it out myself and they were too small. The only way to attach the signs onto the board was velcro them. I guess I have been spoiled by Vistaprint. Your sign was mentioned in a group I am on and so I tried it. Not happy at all.”

“I am a regular customer because I work in property management. I required customer service on my last order and still don't have resolution after an entire week of emailing back and forth. One item was shorted in quantity. The other items were dropped before packaging because the package was fine. One corner of all five signs was bent. I simply would like a discounted price since I can still use them if I hammer them out. Not a big deal really - but they insist that I send them pictures - and I have already hammered them out and used them. Ughhhhh”

“Your website needs help. I shouldn't have to input my addresses in EVER. SINGLE. TIME. Silly that on MY account you don't save my billing and shipping addresses. VERY annoying. Lucky for you, your prices are good.”

“Last minute triple overcharge for normal shipping cost is deceptive. It should at least be calle D Shipping and Handling. I hope the product quality makes up for the fake Low unit price.”

“Ordered signs and when in checked the comformation the order was incorrect. called with in 15 mins of the online order and was told they could not stop the extra order of wire stakes. I was told a label had already been created and could not be changed. Upon receiving the order that was incorrect. I was sent two large plastic signs that were not even on the order, never received the wire stakes that were ordered incorrectly. Horrible customer service. Be very careful when ordering make sure its right.”
