“I had a price quote of 77.77 in the morning. Talked with my administrator in the afternoon and got the go ahead to order. My project was not saved even after receiving an email on it. I had to go back and recreate the signs and it gave me a more expensive price. This was all done within the same day. If I realized how much shipping and handling would be, I would not have ordered. But after designing the sign twice, I just did it. Next time, I will buy local.”

“It took 2 1/2 weeks for my signs to arrive and when they finally did arrive, I only received 26 of the 30 signs ordered.”

“The design and ordering experience was sufficient but the shipping and follow-up not so much. Inquired about my order after receiving just the stakes, was again assured it would be delivered by the 4th. Well, it is now the 5th still no delivery, and from what I can tell it will be at least 2 more days!!!! Main reason for selecting your company was the shipping window. Very disappointed. Don't make promises you can't keep, and if you are going to miss the date (especially after RE-CONFIRMING it) then let someone know! I personally will take an lesser product with excellent service and delivery over the opposit.”
