“I had called and emailed the company to specificaly ask on how to make a two sided sign with different images. They sent me the an email on how I was to do it. I followed their instructions and even uploaded the second image. They arrived today and they were printed incorrectly. They stated that the 2nd side button was not checked. I know it was as I was able to upload another image. I called the company and they could have cared less and simply blamed us for the mistake. They offered zero solution. We have our national conference this week and we will be sure to let all of our fellow franchises know to not utilize this company. For the record we are a 750 million dollar company. I have useless signs at my office. Unbelievable”

“Priced a sign. The shipping was almost as much as the signs so I bailed. Since then, I have been SPAMMED by email after email after email. I have unsubscribed every time, emailed them saying to stop. They will not stop hounding me. No. I will NEVER buy anything from your company now. STOP SPAMMING ME!!”

“I ordered 100 metal signs, screenprinted, based on artwork that we supplied. most of what we received was not centered on the metal and just very unprofessional. Shipping was even more disappointing. they chucked the signs into a box with a piece of crumpled up brown paper and during shipment they are falling all over in the box. Many of the signs were damaged to the point of not being accepted by the client. I will gladly pay more next time somewhere else.”

“Bait and switch at its worst from this company. They lure you in with good pricing and then hammer you with shipping! over 300 shipping for 2 boxes from Texas to NJ? thats absurd!!! Fool me once shame on you there wont be a second time!”

“BUYER BEWARE!!! I had ordered signs on 11/4, which they screwed up. they reprinted the order and again they screwed it up. they did a 2nd reprint which i never received and they did not want to give a refund. they finally approved a refund, then the night the refund would have been back in my account, they cancelled it. THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT AND BIGGEST RIPOFF COMPANY YOU COULD EVER DEAL WITH!!! BUYER BEWARE, AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!”

“the shipping prices are deceiving and outrageous. you all act like you are giving an amazing deal and then charge an absurd amount in shipping to make up the money. this will be my last order from this company and you are very lucky i do not feel like going though the process of reporting you to the Better business burau for immoral practices.”
