“Unreliable and uncaring. They never shipped my order! I called because it kept reading "pending"-- they told me to see if it showed up. It did not, so I called back. They said they would reprint and overnight. They did not-- they sent it GROUND. Then I called and they said they 'don't overnight' and that I should "hope for the best" there was nothing they could do. 2 weeks for something I paid to receive quickly. They did not care, they did not try to correct. We are in the same state. There is 0 reason they could not make this right.”

“shipping cost a lot through here. It's going to take over 2 weeks to receive my signs, even though the stands got here within a couple of days. for some reason, they shipped via different carriers with no explanation as to why. awful customer service.”
