“Your system kept kicking me out of my cart, right before I would pay screen would reset and say my cart was empty. Set on hold with chat for 10 mins waiting to be answered, never got answered. Took me 2 days to get my order placed, then every time I would go in to try to purchase the price would change. My price started at $17 ea and ended up $37ea, not sure what problems you guys are having but you webpage needs some work. Then you charged me $50 shipping, probably the last time I used you guys. Larry”

“I felt like the website is a little deceptive, It ended up costing me 410.00 for 50 signs no wear close to a bargain or a deal $8.20 a sign is not a budget friendly option. Then when I get to the end after I think I am paying 4.20 a sign you tack on another 77.00 in shipping which bangs the cost up to 8.00 a sign. You should let people know up front how much or at least the estimated shipping cost, not at the end”

“I am not pleased that the price quoted in a phone conference is not the price I eventually ended up paying. And on 2 occasions, I was told that someone would get back to me by the end of the day. In both instances, that did not happen.”

“Every time I go on the site, I get a different per piece cost for the signs. When I quote my client one day and the price goes up the next day, it's difficult. I refreshed the screen while I was talking to customer service and price went up $0.50 per. I don't get your pricing and wish I had a way to guarantee a quote for at least 24 hours.”

“I Think your shipping charge is more than what you pay. it's excessive. I'm disappointed, next time I will shop locally instead. you are shipping 12 signs 18" x12", it shouldn't cost you more than $20 to ship it to me $25 if you want to charge for packing materials. you are charging me $49 outrageous. you are not really signs on the cheap.”
