“The website is pretty easy to use. This company lures you in with the idea that the sign will cost 84 cents. The cost skyrockets and the cheapest shipping is almost $50. The final bill was $117.00. I hope the product is sturdy. We’ll see.”

“Disappointed in the editing options and shipping costs are extreme. I couldn’t even add in the simplest of editing such as a border around letters.”

“It's not cool when shipping costs almost as much as the product does. I am trying to order only 1 of each version to make sure that we like the design but shipping costs are outrageous. I wish there was a way to confirm the quality and not pay a crazy amount.”

“Prices should be lower compared to other printers. You kind of trick a customer with the pricing, claiming 50% off, but then add AFTER the customer spent hours making their signs, to charge a very expensive shipping cost. You should offer a military discount and an elderly discount, or at least keep the same price when the customer begins the design, not add huge shipping and tax!”
