“Credit card machine would not work. Had to use PayPal. I moved the phone number on each side of the sign and it looked correct, but when I tried to continue the FRONT side moved the phone number back up higher. The REAR side is correct.”

“Getting hit with a $40 shipping fee totally changes the 'cheap' rates. Very disappointing.”

“You sent me an email message noting that if I'd return to place my order, I would receive 35% off - I DID NOT, and your shipping cost is outrageous! I tried to contact your company but kept getting a message that the "Captcha" did not work - keep trying, but the message never was accepted. We are just a small non-profit organization, and it is a financial hardship having to pay these prices.”

“Tried using the clip art feature. Every time I tried to change the size of the object, it kept changing size and moving to the wrong location. Forcing the customer to get all the way to the end of checkout before revealing the exorbitant shipping costs is manipulative and unethical. I have been using signs on the cheap for a long time. After this experience, I will be looking for a new source for signs.”
