“Deceptive Google Ad. Advertised ** 24 HR SHIPPING!!** but after spending an hour designing the sign and going to check out, I see that shipping is $48.00 to ship and I will most likely NOT be receiving it for a week. I chatted with 2 representatives who would not provide me any promo code or discount for 1st time order. The shipping cost to receive these in 24 hours was over $300. WHAT?? I ordered anyway because I spent so long designing the sign. But if I do not receive these by Friday, October 13th, I won't be utilizing this site again.”

“Shipping is insane. Ups cost 4$ to ship this and they charge 50, so yes the signs are 8$ each but the shipping more than doubled the price of the product”

“Please make sure my flutes or horizontal up and down my text. Is it vertical. I had an incompetent service agent tell me no, that I couldn’t have it my way. When I asked for a manager. He hung up the phone. This is my second order please don’t screw it up.”

“Was a lot more difficult to do than I thought. I wanted to start with the plain sign and do my own but it wouldn't let me do 2 different font sizes or 2 different colors. Or do different placements for words. Not user friendly”

“Your website does not translate all fonts from an .ai format file. I had to use a .pdf file, and lost the vectoring. So my signs won't come out crisp. But I don't have time to screw with changing my art to make your system happy.”
