“I loved everything about this website until you get to your shiping expenses. Their shipping expenses are very high there for you are not getting a good deal. You just waste your time designing a sign.”

“Not clear until the end that I had to have an account. After registering, the card showed my 20 items on the button. When I clicked on it it said cart was empty. I had to start over and then it continued to add to my cart but say my cart was empty. I kept refreshing the screen until I finally got a cart with my order in there 5 times and was able to remove the items I didn't want. Very frustrating.”

“The original price continued to change. First it was $369 for 200 then went up and up. Kept getting an error message at checkout. Lucky it worked this time. I was fixing to head to a different site.”

“The snap-to grid rules for placing text and objects is ridiculous. It should be smooth moving placement. The pricing structure is unnerving. Not really sure how it makes sense to charge different prices at different times. Sometimes I would log in to check they would be $3.75-ish, other times it would be over $5...close to $6. I'm putting signs up late now (my choice and my fault) chasing a price from you. Not sure I'll use you again and next time.....it won't be 100 signs I'm ordering....it'll be thousands...and banners, and magnetic signs, etc. If you want my continued business, I expect someone to call me. - Brett (785) 491-9989”
