“Had to reorder… my order was correct on my screen when I placed the order. Only giving two stars because at least they put the order on hold before they were printed. I’ve been on hold for nearly 45 minutes trying to cancel the first order. Only reordering because now I’m pressed for even more time!! UGH!!! Not a happy customer!”

“I spent several hours creating a new sign for a political campaign (I had previously placed a different order). When I finished my new sign design I saved it (and the system asked me for my email address and gave me a confirmation that the new project had been saved), I logged out for the day. Today when I came back to finish and place the new order, my new design was nowhere to be found. In a chat session the CS representative simply said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. I only wasted about 4 hours of time. Very frustrating ordeal.”

“I put call on auto call back, never got call back, called in and person said they would send link, they didn't, waited ridiculous time frames for help. Shipping charges are ridiculously high and if I weren't trying to match exact sign, I would have shopped elsewhere and could have saved at least $38 dollars...........for same signs. Won't likely shop here again for any additional signs needed. The sales help that was last to speak with was fine.”

“My order was cancelled due to a problem with your ordering system online. I had to do a reorder and the system showed the incorrect numbers of signs, so I had to reenter them. I hope that things get straightened out before I order again, By the way, we love you guys, but this order was painful.”
