“I was on the phone over 33 minutes trying to figure an outside sign holder for my sign and the woman disconnected from me. No return call. It was hard to follow her instructions as she was not telling me where to click on the website. I appreciate her trying to help me, though.”

“Had to fund this purchase personally even though it was for a City of Topeka Project. This was required because your website is not secure. You are probably losing a lot of government business as most are not willing to fund personally and go through all the paperwork to get reimbursed.”
