“Ordered 20 signs and 20 stakes that I needed by a certain time. They shipped 40 signs and no stakes. (Signs are useless without the stakes.) When I called in, they let me know they can get me the stakes in 8 more days. At this points, we would no longer need the signs. They recommended me going to Walmart to source the stakes(by the way, Walmart didn’t carry them in Tampa.) They also would not refund my money for the signs I will now be able to use now. Terrible experience and a waste of money.”

“I think I have spent too much time creating signs. The last signs I ordered were not good, and I was supposed to have a credit, but do not. now instead of getting a call 4 months ago about the issue, I'm still waiting on a credit. Bad customer service in my opinion. You should not just leave someone hanging.”

“BE CAREFUL as you build a design. If at any point in design process you choose to navigate away from the page you are working on, you will in advertently delete ALL the work you did and you will have to start over. Do not hit the "back" button! You do, you are done.”

“Cross your fingers and hope your order arrives as I found out that once they have created a shipping label, product is no longer their responsibility. I have an "order has shipped" email with a tracking number that no movement has happened with the package in 5 days. Calling the customer service line got me arguing with a rep, then 37 minutes on hold with a supervisor telling me they cannot contact UPS for the status of the order.”
