“I got an email that seemed to offer 55% off my order, since I had not completed my order… but when I checked out, it was NOT applied. This was deceptive. They were referring to the ( permanently happening ) “sale” they gave and not to my current cart….will not order again from this company”

“Their system can't handle canceling one item when multiple were inadvertently ordered. Had to cancel the order and reorder just the one sign, and then pay full shipping. . . . again.”

“Wow, not in a good way ): We were never contacted to say our order was on hold and even our account showed that our order was on track. It wasn’t until they didn’t arrive and we called to find out we needed to adjust a size to go ahead. Too late for our event so we had to scramble to make something else work. I they could fix those communication issues and whatever caused the holdup then it might be more reliable. We won’t be back but we hope everything works out”
