“My experience with your company has been a fiasco. Twice my orders were wrong and had to be resubmitted. I submitted the third order. It was still not correct. Place the fourth order with $550 worth of charges waiting to be refunded. Company held my refunds for weeks to process. This is ridiculous. If I already weren’t into the company for the signs, I wouldn’t have ordered the frames from you as well. Just trying to get through this process. I don’t think I’d use them again.”
