“signs showed weeks late. Calling in to get help was a nightmare. Signs showed up damaged. Streaks on it and other color pain. The streak thing has been happening on alot of my orders. My shipments are showing up in mixed boxes and they are to go out to other location once they get here. Please make sure this next order works out. I will have to continue to call in and send pictures of each one.”

“I could not use the sign design that we had last order as the person said something about the system would not do that. So I had to redesign it and you did not have the template for the previous sign anymore. I was stuck on a time crunch so I had to do it this way. I am just glad this will be my wife's last election because I will not use your company for anything ever.”

“Ordered sign, paid for expedited shipping. Received wrong sign. When contacting customer support to correct this, they told me I’d receive another proof to approve. I did not. I contacted them again, and was advised they would rush a replacement and it would be received (1 week after I originally needed it and it was promised). I still have not received it. The tracking number appears to be invalid. Will never do business again. Will dispute the credit card charge since they can’t seem to get me my sign. Very disappointed.”

“Although my organization's tax-exempt certificate is already on file with your company, your representative could not locate. Therefore, I need to apply for the exemption again and then request a refund of the tax. This is very inconvenient.”
