“If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered signs over the weekend. I typed in my billing address and then my shipping address. Upon submitting the order I looked at the confirmation and the shipping address reverted to my billing address. I immediately attempted to call but there phone system was not accepting calls. I send a chat request with the same issue, finally I sent a support email and never got a reply. I attempted again on Monday with the same results. On Tuesday I was finally able to reach someone who said they would reroute the shipment to the correct address however that did not happen and the signs were delivered to my billing address 4 hours away from where the signs are needed. I have requested a refund as I am not able to get them to the designated location when they are needed. They claim to be processing a refund for the shipping however that does me no good, I am not able to find comparable prices for the shipment and it won't make delivery on time anyway. I would not recommend this company. I would quite like a full refund as the signs will now go to waste.”

“hard to get through, bad echo on line, first sign was wrong, did not return it but just bought new one and you charged me 15 dollars more for new sign where I just changed the price which was wrong on the first sign. rotten and predatory”

“I've ordered multiple items from SignsontheCheap.com and have generally had a good experience, until today. I ordered 50 bumper stickers and they charged me $49.47 for shipping. That was the standard shipping cost, not for expedited shipping. I'm located just a couple hundred miles from them. That's basically like they're putting each individual sticker into a stamped envelope and sending them to me one at a time. I ordered 100 bumper stickers from a competitor in California and they charged me $13 shipping. Clearly SignsontheCheap posts low prices for their products and then gouges customers on shipping costs to make up for it. Dishonest, deceptive - the worst kind of business to work with. I'm ashamed they're in Texas, and I won't do any more business with them or any of their affiliates (I've also ordered from Allied Shirts before).”

“Shipping to Hawaii costs not one penny more but you choose to charge us $250 for what costs $38 to ship to anywhere on the mainland and is what it costs to ship here using USPS. That is so wrong.”
