“This interface was a nightmare. This caused my client to skew the size and ruin a whole batch of signs. You guys refunded part of it... but this costed so much time and money on my end to resolve. The quality of the signs is good but the print setup interface is awful. I would have preferred an option to submit a precise design, but I imagine that isn't very economical at scale. At the very least I'd like to suggest that you make it more difficult for clients to skew images disproportionately. The default resizing mechanism should scale proportionally. Also, I think the template for the 18x5 sign is a bit too long, I had to re-render to compensate.”

“Pricing skyrocketed after my 1st two shipments. Including shipping, the exact order went from $520 to $650 two weeks or so later. Had order issues as well. So, 1st two orders were 5*****, today's 1*.”

“easy to use and fast and appears to be cheap, UNTIL the shipping is added! WOW $4 per sign for shipping!!! YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES ARE OUTRAGOUS!!!!! IT TAKES THE SAVINGS RIGHT OUT OF THE DEAL! You must be upping the freight charges or adding something else to the shipping!!! It really kind of turns you off once you get the the end of the purchasing process and then all the sudden you get hit with an outragous shipping charge that pulls the average price wayyyyy up!”

“Besides you changed you format for making the signs. You made it harder to design the signs now, had to call and get help. I also had to put my billing information in 5 times with my credit card information before it Finally took it. I didn’t change one thing in the information but had to it 5 times before it took it. Very frustrating”
