“BEWARE! This company will send you signs with the wrong colors. Then they try and blame it on you and try to sell you more signs. After weeks of waiting for them to address my complaint of the wrong colors on my signs, they finally send me an email stating that my Adobe proof PDF/X1a:2001 format had the wrong colors. Nonsense, I have been working in the graphic arts business for over 30 years. DON’T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID…”

“This company is so dishonest. The banner says 55% off, so one would think that is the price if you buy multiple. No. ONLY if you buy one for you get any discount. Buy 2 or more and it's the regular price for both..no discount even on the first one. Next, the shipping cost is ridiculous. I ship all the time and they are obviously quoting low prices for the signs (but not as low as you expect with the unusable promotional price) and ripping customers off at the very end with very high shipping costs. I spent over an hour designing my sign, only to cancel when I saw how dishonest they are.”

“MY REVIEW IS NO STAR!!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE AND PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY HAS FAUSE ADVERTISEMENT CLAIMING THAT THE SIGNS ARE .84 BUT WITH ORDER PLACED CONSIDERING THE EXTREME SHIPPING FEE, THE PRICE OF EACH SIGN WAS APPROXIIMATELY $6.00. I AM VERY DISSATIFIED WITH PRODUCT AS THE WRONG COLORS WERE USED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIEVED WAS AWFUL.”

“I've never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. Terrible communications - waiting 30 to 40 minutes to reach a live person. Calls cut off several times and every time I called back and waited it was a different person and had to start over explaining my issues. My design wasn't uploaded on two different days, causing me to keep start over again. The sale price quoted the day before wasn't the sale price I received, and was attributed to changes being made in their computer system. Now I'm paying the extra $100 just to get this nightmare over with. I'm afraid to see what the actual signs will look like after all this. Cheap signs - cheap service.”

“I have been using your company for at least 8 years. This year has been the worst. I applied for a refund that took 30 days to go through. Then, I go back to your site, and the shipping fees are the highest they have ever been. I understand how things are getting more expensive. I called and asked if I could negotiate the shipping fees, Bill said NO. I'm thinking that after all I had to go through to get my refund so that I can order more signs from you, the least you could do was reduce the cost of shipping. I would have purchased TWICE the number of signs. He said NO, we don't negotiate. I thought I was talking to an American that was being held hostage saying we don't negotiate with terrorists. I'm disappointed and I know you don't care. But I figured I would leave my comments anyway.”
