“Why advertise for one price and then charge astronomical fees for shipping. It makes it very hard for small business. Took my order from 123 dollars to 200 and something. I ship 2 -3 times a week from ups store and it does cost this much. I think this highway robbery.”

“Horrible! They took too much time doing a project. They put it on hold - they did not contact me to let me know this. I now have a very angry client! I got the first banner that I ordered, then asked them to do another one. If you can print it once, how can you not know how to print it again???? Don't use these guys. They're completely unpredictable.”

“Signs on the Cheap scammed me. Ordered a sign for my church, was told 2 days before delivery it had been returned to them by carrier for an invalid address. Had provided correct address. Called, was told address would be corrected and item reshipped. Called today for status - never was shipped. On the Cheap is code for Gotcha.”

“COMPLETE SCAM on how they price everything!! The price grid is completely different than what the price is when you add signs to the cart. Then you have to call and they act like they’re giving you some miraculous discount but in reality it’s not much discount at all. On top of that, they’ll change your double sided order to single sided without telling you so you end up paying more than you should!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!”

“worked hard on designing my sign - finally got it done and went to pay - my computer locked up - finally got back on to complete transaction - within the 30 minutes they had gone up on the price of both items that i was ordering - decided to order anyway - i spent too much time on it already - when i went to checkout, they had gone up on shipping too”
