“These guys are the best! I've been dealing with them for about a year for my contacts and not only is the subscription price cheaper- WAY cheaper than my optometrist their customer service is fantastic! They get back to you right away with any questions-(text or email a plus) and the couple of times there was a glitch in my order they credited me immediately- just to show good faith. They seem to really want to keep loyal customers- something you don't really see anymore and especially with online companies. Great customer service is worth a little extra- only you don't actually PAY extra. Simple Contacts have shown me they're trustworthy and professional. I was originally sold on the convenience but was happily surprised at all the extra.”

“The customer service aspect of Simple Contacts was very good, they were fairly prompt with answering my questions and replied in text which is easy and convenient. I rated a "good" instead of "very good" because the contacts themselves were still very expensive and were only slightly less expensive than if I had purchased them from my eye doctor.”
